Try these refreshing detox recipes with a small twist !

We have all heard and tried a lot of detox drinks but what if we add a fun element during this time of Quarantine which will help you naturally in combating inflammation , bring your energy levels up , support digestion, purify the liver and actively encourage healthy skin.

Detox Popsicles are a new rage , not only does it taste delicious but also helps in weight loss and flushing out body toxins.

Tropical Delight Icy Popsicle

Mangoes+Pineapple +Coconut

Mangoes also support hair health, as they provide a good amount of vitamin A. This nutrient helps the skin provide an oily substance called sebum, which moisturizes the hair. Vitamin A is also necessary for the growth of all bodily tissues, including skin and hair.Pineapples are a good source of antioxidants, which may reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers.If you constantly encounter difficulty during the digestion process, coconut water may provide a source of relief.

● 1 cup mango chunks

● 1 cup pineapple chunks

● 1 1/2 fresh coconut water

Whisk it together and pour into ice pop molds

Freeze for at least 5 hours and enjoy!

Minty Fresh Popsicle

Ginger+ Cucumber+ Mint + Lemon

Cucumbers have amazing anti-inflammatory qualities that can reduce swelling, as well as soothe and soften skin tissues and also helps in reducing weight, the ginger and lemon in it helps in boosting immunity

Cucumbers will alkalize, cleanse the skin, and release toxins from the body, all while providing the body with hydration, as cucumbers are mostly water.

● 2 Ginger

● 4 Cucumbers (whole)

● Handful of mint leaves

● 2 lemon

● Juice Ginger Cucumber Mint & lemon

Whisk it together and pour into ice pop molds.

Freeze for at least five hours .

Blood Rush Popsicles

Apples+Beets+Carrots

Apples have several naturally occurring compounds that may help fight cancer.The type of fiber in apples feeds good bacteria and may be the reason they protect against obesity, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes.Beets are good sources of vitamins and minerals, such as folate, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.Beetroots can lower blood pressure, which may lead to reduced risk of heart disease and other ailments.Eating carrots is linked to a reduced risk of cancer and heart disease, as well as improved eye health. Additionally, this vegetable may be a valuable component of an effective weight loss diet.

● 3 apples (whole)

● 2 beets. (Whole)

● 2 carrots (whole)

1. Juice apples, beets, and carrots.

2. Whisk together and pour into ice pop molds.

3. Freeze for at least 5 hours.



Berry Nutty Smoothie

Almond milk + Frozen Berries + Banana +Peanut Butter

● 1 cup almond milk

● 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)

● 1 banana

● 1 Tbsp almond or peanut butter handful of ice

● Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.

Pom Detox

Pomegranate+ Lemon+ ginger

Pomegranate juice contains high amounts of vitamin C, antioxidants, and healing properties which make it ideal for cleansing the body. Lemon and ginger makes a perfect recipe for weight loss, and a dash of lemon increases the sweetness of pomegranate and ginger also adds flavours. Pomegranate juice along with some lemon-ginger juice is great for blood and liver detoxing.

● 2 cups Pomegranate

● 2 spoons of lemon

● 2 spoons of ginger

● Mix it all together and freeze it for 5 hours in a popsicle mould. And enjoy!

Note: you can also have it as a Detox Drink without freezing it further!

Golden Hour Detox Smoothie

Turmeric+Ginger+Cayenne Pepper+Milk

Turmeric also has anti-inflammatory benefits and is a strong antioxidant. It is also a superfood which helps in increasing metabolism. The Golden detox drink with all its ingredients works together to cleanse your body. The liver uses bile to eliminate toxins; bile also rejuvenates liver cells that break down harmful compounds. For this reason, turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat digestion and liver disorders.

● 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

● 2 spoons Ginger

● ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

● 1Cup Milk (Nut or Diary)
